General information, not medical advice.

General information, not medical advice. Use alongside your doctor's advice.

Have you ever stood in the kitchen on a Sunday night and promised yourself, this time it's going to be different? Tomorrow I start properly. And then Thursday happens. Work runs late. The kids need you. You're exhausted, and the plan quietly falls apart. Again. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Maybe it's the diets that never stuck. Maybe it's lying awake at two in the morning. That burning feeling after dinner. Feeling bloated by mid-afternoon. Or walking out of an appointment with a diagnosis and a leaflet, and no idea what to actually eat. You've probably tried things. Apps. Challenges. Rules you found online at midnight. Lots of effort, lots of hope, and you still ended up back at square one, wondering what's wrong with you. So let's say this clearly: it's not your fault. Most generic advice is written for a perfect week that never comes. It asks for willpower instead of giving you a plan. It doesn't plan for bad days, busy days or real family life. When it stops working, it's the plan that failed, not you. So what if you stopped chasing perfect, and started building small habits that survive a real Tuesday? Habits for what you eat, how you move, how you sleep, and how you handle stress. Built step by step, at your pace, alongside your own doctor's advice. That's why we created Body Reset Guides. Five practical, plain-English plans: Weight Loss, Blood Sugar, Sleep, Reflux, and Gut Health. Each one is built on public health guidance from organizations like the NHS, the World Health Organization and the U.S. National Institutes of Health, with the sources listed so you can check them yourself. Inside each plan you'll find more than two hundred and thirty pages of short, visual chapters. Twenty-four recipe cards with shopping lists. Twenty-two illustrated movement cards, from gentle to more challenging. Fasting styles explained, including who should avoid them. Supplements explained honestly, what the evidence says and what to check with your pharmacist. And over eight hundred fillable trackers, checklists and planners, so you can make it your own. Every page is designed to be quick to read and easy to act on. No walls of text. No extreme rules. Just one clear step, then the next. Here's how it works. Choose the plan that fits you. Check out securely with Stripe. Download your PDF instantly, on your phone, tablet or computer. Then start with week one, at your own pace. These plans are for adults who are tired of quick fixes and want practical, realistic steps. They're not medical treatment, and they don't replace your doctor. If you're pregnant, under eighteen, managing a medical condition or taking medication, please talk to your doctor before making changes. And you can try it with peace of mind. Every plan comes with our fourteen-day money-back policy. If it isn't right for you, email us within fourteen days for a refund. That's about whether the guide suits you, not a promise of any particular result. Each plan is thirty-nine ninety-nine, or you can collect the whole series in the Complete Body Reset Bundle. If you're not ready yet, grab the free seven-day starter and see how it feels. Your fresh start doesn't need to wait for Monday. Click the button below, choose your plan, and start your reset today.

Common questions

How to eat healthy on a budget?

Start with meals you already enjoy, check what is in your kitchen, and compare affordable ingredients before shopping. Frozen vegetables, canned beans and simple staple foods can fit everyday meal planning. Choose options that suit your preferences and budget rather than following a costly list of special products.

What is a balanced plate?

A balanced plate is a simple way to think about including different food groups in a meal, rather than following a rigid menu. Vegetables, a protein food and a carbohydrate food provide a useful starting point. Your preferences, cultural foods, allergies and any clinician guidance still matter when choosing portions.

How much sleep do I need a night?

Sleep needs vary with age and individual circumstances, and time in bed is not always time asleep. The CDC provides age-based guidance for adults and other age groups. Use that guidance as a starting point, not a calculator-generated prescription, and discuss persistent daytime sleepiness or sleep difficulties with your doctor.

What foods cause acid reflux?

Some people notice heartburn around particular foods or drinks, but there is no universal food list that explains everyone's symptoms. Public guidance describes commonly reported associations, not a personal diagnosis. Note what you actually notice and discuss repeated symptoms with your doctor rather than excluding large groups of foods automatically.

How to keep a food diary?

Write down meals, approximate times and any observations you want to discuss, using ordinary descriptions rather than diagnostic labels. Keep the format simple enough to use without pressure. A diary records patterns you noticed; it does not prove that a food caused a symptom or replace assessment by your healthcare provider.

How much does a guide cost, and which currency will I pay in?

Each guide is $39.99 / €39.99 / £39.99 as a one-time purchase, with prices displayed according to your location. The bundle has its own price shown on the bundle page. Guide purchases are not subscriptions. Checkout is currently unavailable; the buying link leads to the coming-soon page rather than taking payment.

Can I print a guide or use it on my phone?

The guides are PDFs designed for phones, tablets and computers, with fillable pages and printable sections. You can choose the pages you want to print rather than printing the whole file. Preview pages show the format before you decide. Payment and delivery are not connected yet, so downloading a purchase is unavailable.

What if a guide isn't right for me?

The site has a voluntary 14-day money-back policy about satisfaction with the product, not a guarantee of any health result. Read the refund policy for its terms and contact details before deciding. The guides provide general educational information; personal medical questions belong with your doctor or healthcare provider.

Your fresh start doesn't need to wait for Monday.
